2. Description of the Service
Mix Cleaner provides storage management and cleaning tools for mobile devices, including but not limited to:
- Photo and video cleaning
- Duplicate and similar file detection
- Storage analysis and optimization
- Email cleaning features via Gmail integration through Google OAuth
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Google Account Authentication
Certain features require you to connect your Google account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not collect or store your Google account password. You may revoke access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.
4. Gmail Integration and Email Cleaning
- Access is granted via Google OAuth authorization.
- Gmail data is used solely to provide email cleaning functionality, such as identifying promotional, subscription, or redundant emails.
- All processing is performed locally or in temporary memory on your device.
- We do not store Gmail data on our servers, retain email content permanently, use Gmail data for advertising or user profiling, sell or share Gmail data with third parties, or transmit Gmail content to external servers.
- All email deletion actions require your explicit confirmation.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App.
- Do not misuse Gmail or third-party services integrated into the App.
- Do not interfere with the security or functionality of the App.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Whenever possible, all processing is performed locally on your device.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including but not limited to Google OAuth and Firebase or Crashlytics. These services may collect anonymous, non-personal technical data to improve App performance and stability.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, design, and code in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee data accuracy, continuous availability, error-free performance, or complete deletion or recovery results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
