- We do not transmit or upload any personal media content to our servers at any time.
2. Information We Access
To provide our core functionalities, the App accesses the following data only after obtaining your explicit permission. We never collect or request your passwords or login credentials.
- Photos and videos on your device
- Device storage utilization data
- Email data, only when you actively connect via Google OAuth
3. Google Mail (Gmail) Cleanup & Compliance
When you connect your Gmail account, we access it securely via Google OAuth authorization. We only use Gmail data for the email cleanup feature, such as identifying emails that can be cleaned, including subscriptions, promotional emails, or redundant emails, and we strictly adhere to the principle of minimum privilege.
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We will not store Gmail data on our servers, retain email content permanently, use data for advertisements or user profiling, or sell or share data with any third parties.
- We will process Gmail data only in temporary memory on your device and never persist it. Every deletion action requires your final manual confirmation.
- We do not use Gmail data beyond providing user-facing email cleanup functionality.
- We do not transmit Gmail content to our servers at any time.

5. Data Storage
Since all core data processing occurs locally on your device, we do not retain or store your personal data on our servers. When you delete emails, photos, or videos through the App, the deletion is performed by the operating system according to system-level deletion procedures.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your data is never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties. We only interact with trusted services like Google OAuth out of necessity to perform core functionality.

We implement reasonable and industry-standard physical and electronic security measures to protect data, though no system can guarantee 100% absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services & Analytics
To monitor App stability and diagnose crashes, we may utilize trusted third-party tools such as Google Firebase or Crashlytics for anonymous usage analytics and incident or crash reporting. These services may automatically collect non-personal, anonymous technical data such as device model, operating system version, and app crash logs to help us improve the App.
No personal content such as photos, videos, or emails is collected, transmitted, or processed by these services.
9. User Control
- You can disconnect your Gmail account within the App at any time.
- You can completely revoke the App's access permissions via your Google Account Settings at any time.
- Uninstalling the App will automatically remove all locally cached technical data.
10. Your Privacy Choices
- You can grant or revoke access permissions for photos, notifications, and similar items at any time through your iOS or Android system settings.
- If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue using the App.
11. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and do not knowingly collect or process data from children under 13.
